1.Can the length and girth of procedures be performed at the same time?
Yes, it can be done together.
2.Who are the ideal candidates for penis lengthening/ enlargement?
Surgical procedures are best conducted on mentally balanced people. People who smoke are recommended to quit for two weeks before and at least two weeks after the actual surgery. Apart from these, men who are dissatisfied with the length or the girth of their penis can get the penis lengthening or penis enlargement surgery done.
3.Does penis lengthening/ enlargement surgery affect my erection?
Although penis lengthening surgery does not affect the hardness of the erection, the angle of erection may decrease to a certain extent. Once the tissues have softened after penis enlargement surgery and all the scars have matured, there is no interference with the erection.
4.How long does penis enlargement surgery last?
The improvement in length achieved after the division of the suspensory ligament lasts. half of the fat injected after micro fat grafting gets absorbed. What survives significantly. The synthetic dermis also lasts forever.
5.Does the surgical procedure affect penis sensation?
Transient changes in feeling due to swelling and bruising are frequent after any surgery. Lasting loss of feeling could be a very rare side-effect.
6.Will the functioning of the penis be affected after penis lengthening?
The functions (urination and copulation) are not generally influenced. However, the position of the erection will modify a little bit from more vertical to more horizontally.
7.When can sexual activities be resumed?
We would suggest our patients to avoid sexual activities for at least four weeks. Treatment to decrease night stimulation is given ten days before the surgery.
8.When can I return to work ?
You can resume your daily activities after a week. However it is better to have two weeks off from work, especially if it is strenuous.
9.What is the penis lengthening procedure?
At Advanced Aesthetics, the surgery is conducted as a day surgery, under local or regional anesthesia. Incisions are made at the root of your penis (junction of your penis and abdomen area). The penis is then freed from its supporting attachments (suspensory ligaments) to the pubic bone. This gives additional length to the shaft of the penis. After the surgery, the penis and scrotum are usually swollen and bruised for two to three weeks. Pain is however not severe. Soreness in the groin and pubic regions which lasts for about ten days is controlled with light oral analgesics. The scar in the pubic area may take several months to fade but it is concealed and not usually a concern.
What are the risks and complications associated with Penis Lengthening?
Common complications include bleeding which is generally caused by excessive activity soon after the procedure. Possible but rare complications include infection, decrease in penis sensation, keloid scarring, erectile dysfunction, or penis shortening.
10.What is the penis enlargement procedure?
The ligaments that hold the penis in its usual position (suspensory ligament of the penis) are cut which allows it to descend. The part of the penis which is buried and hidden gets revealed as the penis moves away from the body. This can increase the length of the penis by an inch or more. Girth can be increased by transplanting fat cells from other parts of the body to the penis, using micro fat grafting principles. Fat is suctioned from the tummy or inner thigh area using liposuction syringe suction technique, processed and injected under the skin of the penis circumferentially. It causes a uniform increase in girth.
11.What are the risks and complications associated with Penis Enlargement?
Some of the risks involved with this are; scar tissue, downward erection and hairy base. Penis lengthening if done with V- Y advancement of skin at the base of the penis can leave a scar and advance hair-bearing skin on to the base of the penis. Rarely grafted fat may get absorbed differentially and cause unevenness
